Looking to get the Morimoto tail lights. Northridge seems to be the cheapest at $461. Not in a hurry. Does anyone know if Morimoto ever does a good sale? Like 15% or more?

Typically at holidays, $312 for a 20% off 24 Black Friday sale when MSRP was ~$389.
I singed up for alerts, notified of sales, along with bugged with promos.

I had the same decision to make back in January but couldn’t wait because my OEM was broken and I didn’t want to get a ticket. That said, I wouldn’t wait until Christmas to save $30.00 if money is the only holdup. They are great tail lights.
That and I would be sad if another poor unfortunate soul was tricked into buying the competitor’s trash while they waited for Morimoto to go on sale.

I got them for some ridiculously low price when they first came out and were having a holiday promo. They've gone up from there. Great quality, great warranty, nothing bad to say about them. If you need them just jump in... you won't be disappointed. If you don't need them now, as others have said, you may a few bucks around Christmas/end of year... but that's quite a ways off.

I switched from Oracle to Morimoto, really like them. Nice light, great reverse lighting, look sharp, BSM angled so it actually works. Profile difference is negligible, the Oracle lights are tighter to the body.

I have a pair. I like them so much I forgot what I paid for them. I bought them from Morimoto. Next sale will prob be memorial day or July 4th.

I think I paid somewhere around $400. I’d buy another set if I had another Jeep. They Look, function, and feel OEM quality, and there aren’t many aftermarket accessories you can say that about.

Looking to get the Morimoto tail lights.
Why?

Need dimmer LEDs?

I’m just in a smart-ass mood, with nothing worthwhile to contribute. The stand-on-hood question set my tone for the day.

Also, you could sell the takeoffs if money really is a consideration. You’d easily cover whatever discount you may get by waiting.

I have factory halogen bulbs. Not likely to fetch a dime. The morimotos will be brighter. And yes they will definitely look better

The Morimoto’s come with magnet mount resistors to secure them, as opposed to the O’s that you have to keep from rattling around.
