I've been tracking my service records using the official Mopar site. I changed my oil & filter today and when I logged on the record the service, I discovered that all of my prior service records had disappeared (although they were all there yesterday). And now the site won't even accept today's oil/filter change. However, the site still has other pertinent information about my JLUR. Is anyone else experiencing this problem with the Mopar site? Fortunately, I recently printed all of my service records.

It seems to be dorked up. The App Store had an update, downloaded the update and it asked for login credentials. I couldn’t find my login credentials so I tried to do a password change. That didn’t work either. Not sure where to go for assistance. Probability better to just not use it anyway.

YES!!! The same exact thing happened to me!!!

Back around September 2025, I changed my oil for the first time. I absolutely know I recorded it in the web app. I retained my receipts as well, just in case. I went to change my oil a few weeks ago and there was nothing in the web page that showed me changing my oil in September!! I ended up re-adding the record.

I traded my 2021 in last summer and that Jeep is still listed on my mopar account, along with all the service records....including the service record of the dealership where I traded it in doing a fluid change.

It's still a bit concerning if you're using the web app as the official place to store the information, they wipe it out, your engine breaks and they say "sorry, we don't have any records".

I have all the records and receipts. I used the app just as a convenient way to track the service work. We'll see if they return soon or I'll have to find a new app or put together an Excel spreadsheet.

Update: I just got off the phone with Mopar assistance (1-800-777-3600). He said try to login from a computer (including PW change requests at mopar.com) and it will reset the app and contents. Then he said the mobile Jeep app should work properly. I haven’t tried this yet but just an FYI.

Thank you for your follow-up with Jeep and for the info. Much appreciated. I'll give it a go. BTW, my records also did not appear on the mobile app last night.

iPhone if it matters. The app made me do a security update just now, and then didn't recognize my existing password. Did a password change and logged in and all my records are there,

fwiw all warranty related repairs (and most dealership customer pay repairs with a properly setup DMS) will automatically track on the factory side system. the mopar.com website is completely unconnected to our systems and really is more of a "for you" rather than for jeep to see your history. at any point a dealer should be able to pull up your complete service history assuming you have the work done at a dealer and their system was properly configured

my dealers system automatically inputs all repairs, including customer pay, into the service history on service library that any tech in the country can view

can a dealership even see what a customer inputs on the the mopar.com side? I had hopped they could but doesn't really sound like it

Is there a simple way I can get a download of my service records from Stellantis systems without having to hit up the local dealer?
