Dude read my post one more time. The response you got is not true, YOU DONT NEED TO BUY A NEW SET OF LIGHTS OR BREAK OPEN THE HEADLIGHT FOR THAT MATTER.

All you need to do is add the missing 4th pin to the existing plug you have and wire it to the BCM and have your dealer activate the code for you simple as that.

Im from Saudi and have already done that so dont listen to the local agent/dealer BS
Hey
Facing the same issue in Dubai

Just as an FYI, my 21 JLUR had the 4th wire in both plugs, so it was plug and play, and I added the LED lights and Halos with a Tazer.
Build date was 10/2020, although it was equipped with LED tail lights from the factory.
So you can definitely flash a 21 with a Tazer.
Hope this helps ?

Do you know the part numbers to your LEDs? I just ordered a pair and this is their number 55112879AF. I'm pretty sure that number is the plug and play and tazer ones but I also noticed there is an AG version now too.

Cool thanks. Haven't seen them personally in the wild. I googled the AF part number and it showed up as well.
It's an easy job, if you have the 4th wire.
Hardest part is getting the factory plugs out of the SGW, to install the Tazer.
Mine were a biatch to get to and remove.
Glad I bought the extension cable, so I won't need to do it again, if I take the Jeep in for warranty work.

This is exactly my situation,

so my findings;

I don't have the 4th pin in the lamp housing socket or in the short harness.

I can't see an easy way to remove the socket without more research.

these are my pics for reference;

Your video helped me a lot!!

The harness is plug and play. However, as someone mentioned earlier, you will need to program the DRL lights (switch from halogen to DRL in the ECU) or they won't work correctly. Either with a Tazer or at the dealer.

As for the harness it self. The plug is the same and connects directly, but do note that the DRL harness is fixed (not removable) to the DRLs themselves and cannot be detached. The halogen harness is detachable at the light housing, and also at the harness end.

So if you buy take-off OEM DRLs, make sure the harness is attached and hasn't been cut as it cannot be removed. Hope that helps. I made a little video on the tubez if you want to check it out.

I don't have the 4th pin in the lamp housing socket or in the short harness... so even with the harness for the 4th pin i bought, i can´t do anything if the housing socket doesnt have it , right?

I don´t even know if there´s a led light inside the Halo at this point :/

Any help?

Hey Paulcardona, did you end up getting an answer? I'm in the same boat as you.

Brother I just bought the original Mopar led lights and I'm waiting for them.
I concluded that my spec didn't have the halo led inside the lights.

FOR THOSE THAT DO NOT HAVE THE 4TH HALO WIRE PRE INSTALLED:

I have managed to get my Mopar Halos working properly and behaving like stock Halo DRLs using my own DIY wiring harness. Let me start by saying this mod is not for the timid. It involves unplugging some critical connectors located at the BCM, which is not all that hard, but just a bit nerve racking as there is always the chance to damage a wire or bend a pin in the BCM. You'll need two different types of pins. For the headlight side, you'll need MOLEX MX150 females (sourced from eBay). For the BCM side, you'll need Kostal MLK 1.2 ELA SM SN 22-20AWG (sourced from Mouser.com). I originally ordered different terminals from eBay labeled as MLK 1.2, apparently not all MLK 1.2 terminals are the same, and they did not fit the BCM connector on my first attempt. Use two lengths of 22AWG automotive wire, and follow the route in the MOPAR kit instructions. I found some wire harness tape on Amazon, that directly matches OEM wire harness tap, and wrapped my two lengths of wire before install. Once the two wires join each other, go ahead and wrap them together with this tape, so you're only securing and fishing one harness. Getting through the firewall grommet was a challenge, but not impossible. I used a 5 gallon bucket handle, sharped with an angle grinder. I pushed it in (well below the existing wires in the grommet) to create a new hole. Remove your passenger fender to get access in the engine bay side. Once you have the bucket handle half way through, create tear drop shape on the engine bay side and pull a good bit of your wire harness through it. Once you pull the handle far enough to reach the wire on the inside of the cab, pull the rest of your wire harness in. I found it easiest to crimp the BCM terminals once the wire was already fished into the cab. To get to the BCM, you will need to remove your passenger seat and trim. The only way I was able to reach the top left connector on the BCM was to remove all other connectors first, and also take off the mounting bolts to the BCM, so that I could pull it down far enough to reach. When you are inserting your BCM terminals, I found it very helpful to have a angled pick, to help push the terminals down and fully seat them in the connector. Once you have all that done and put back together, use your tazer JL mini to program. There's lots of discussion in this thread of difficulty with this, but it worked for me the first attempt by turning LED Heads OFF first, and then HALOs ON, then LED Heads On. This is truly as close to OEM as we can get, with the harness not being readily available from MOPAR. This install is the only way to truly get the Halos to behave properly, as they are lit dimly during day, and bright at night. They flash with unlock button and are not affected by turn signals.

Thank you!! This saved me a lot of money. This is exactly what you need if you just need the wiring and dont want to bite the bullet and buy the mopar one.

I was a little late to the party but I felt this would benefit someone eventually!

So i just purchased a pair of the LED headlights but no wiring harness. I have a sport S... I was curious myself to see if there was a way to wire the halos to the aux switches (that i have) and just keep them on that way? Do i still need the mopar wiring harness for that or is there a way to wire that as well with different wiring?
How did you make out with this ? I’m trying to figure this out now.
