I see Parker on the filter, probably from Parker/Racor, big into marine and truck filters. but they don’t use strictly USA filters either.Appears to be genuine. If you reference my post from back in january (here.) the filter I pulled out looked like it had been in there damn near the life of the vehicle up to my point of ownership. Hard to really know for certain, but regardless you can see the stamping on top as well as the plastic color. When I purchased my new filter, I did the same thing, amazon original oem blah blah. It looked virtually identical to what you've got there. I've been running it now for roughly 2500 miles and haven't seen anything alarming or suspicious that would make me second guess it.
Edit: found another photo of the top. It’s not an EXACT match in terms of stamping, but it’s pretty damn close to what you’ve got. I suspect the stamp has changed in the couple of years since whenever the hell this filter was installed.
