Looks great. Congrats.

Why would a dealer sell you a Jeep at 5% under invoice on a 2019 special edition JL? Invoice less holdback is cost, right? So why sell below that? Seems too good to be true.
About the same deal I got on mine so It’s a pretty common price point.

I got my 2019 Mojito! Moab from Koons at 6.51% under invoice (with a $699 doc fee which puts it close to 5%).

Because they work on volume not on a per car sale basis.

I just placed my order on 2019 Moab yesterday got 6.5% under invoice with $179 doc fee. Maybe for where you are it's too good to be true but people are able to get great deals.

You can't go by invoice prices, invoice prices are an artificial thing put in the minds of consumers to make you feel like you got a good deal. High volume Jeep Dealers cost for a vehicle can be way below MSRP and invoice numbers based on the volume incentive they get from FCA. I paid $10K below MSRP for my 2018 Moab, the same dealer in my area has 2019 Moabs on the lot with internet prices $7K - $8K below MSRP

It is a bit more complicated than that. What dealers pay for vehicles not only varies by model, but also by how hot the model is at a given time. You can bet that with a given vehicle, if inventory is low and sales are high, the dealer will pay more. If inventory is high and sales are low, they may pay less, but also the incentives that come along are from the manufacturer, not the dealer. There is another quiet kind of deal that often occurs: Rebates to the dealers on some models. You also have situations where you hear a dealership saying that everyone pays the same for their cars, and there is no volume discount. (We have a local dealer that says this in advertising all the time.) However, they aren't telling you about kickbacks or bonuses dealerships get for selling high volume. There are all kinds of ways to reward dealerships for sales. There is so much voodoo to it, nobody really knows what the dealer is paying for a given vehicle, other than the sales manager and anyone above that sales manager. Everyone else is only guessing.

The value of the deal you got has nothing to do with what the dealer paid. Instead, you should compare it to the market in your area at the time you bought it. When I bought mine, there were none (zero) to be had anywhere, so the deal I got was good. Now that it is raining JL's and they have multiplied on dealer lots like tribbles, the deal I got wouldn't look so good....at least until you factor in a couple price increases on the Rubis that have snuck their way in since then. I ordered mine on November 2, 2017, IIRC.

To reiterate your point... Two dealerships could have the exact same car to the tee. Neither of them knows what the other paid. There are a lot of variables that go into the pricing dealers receive.

Looks like a Chinese collision between a JL, a CJ, a YJ, and a Philipino Jeepney!

Bought new Moab 19 over the weekend. Put 315/17/70 BF KO2 on it at discount tire. Drove all day and full flex with no rubbing. Gearing is not affected. They salesman and I measured everything without any issue and even the spare was fine. See my pics. I’m not going to get a lift. I may replace shocks but that is it.
