Missing rear wiper control on 2023 JLU

Weird situation. Just discovered that our Jeep is missing the control to turn on and off the rear windshield wiper. The Jeep came with the hardtop from the factory, but is missing the control on the steering wheel stock where it should be. Anyone else experience a production mishap like this???

Do you have the parts there for it, the harness plug and washer fluid line, in the left rear corner? Does your window sticker show that it came from the factory with a hardtop?

My first thought was that maybe they redesigned the stalk. That's really odd that they would mess that up and install the wrong equipment.

They should all came equipped with the ability to add a hardtop later and just Plug in the rear wiper and washer hoses.

Unfortunately a softtop only model doest have all the wiring for the hardtop. If you special ordered this then you have a complaint. If you purchased it off lot, it’s likely a softtop only model that the dealer put a hardtop on.
