LP6 installation question

From looking at the instructions, it shows that you use a washer between the bracket and the light and also under the head of the washer.

My question is are you Are you supposed to melt the light to the bracket and then the bracket to the vehicle? I’m trying to figure out how I’m supposed to get that little washer to stay in there while I get in all four bolts lol

Also, when it comes to security screws, do you install them on the fixed point or the adjustment point and other words, the round hole or the oval hole?

The LP4s and LP6s don't use the washers. It states that in the instructions.

Put the security fasteners in the fixed hole.

I always install things first and then find a YouTube video on how to install it and then I read the directions if I don't agree with myself or the video...lol...

I am sure I did the same thing with the little washer when I did my LP6s.
