Replace them with non JJ's. Sadly. This is what I have come to anyway.. it's worse when it's cold or wet out, fine when it's warm. I've greased them to death and they still squeak in those conditions. I might put Teraflex's IR arms on my Gladiator... 392 will get MC arms when it's time.

JJ's do work great though.

Probably need rebuilt, doesn’t matter how old they are, if it’s squeaking, and grease won’t help it then most times the bushing is shot.

You using the right grease?

The wrong grease will cause the plastic cups to swell, and then they squeak.

You can get the right grease from Rock Jock.

Just greased them, they came greased from the factory. Much more quiet, but they still have a squeak when off road.

It’s brand new and every single one squeaks. The other JT we did had same issue. It’s only when it’s cold wet or offroad.

Yep, only have 2,000 miles on them. Started squeaking about 500 miles ago. Just greased them today but they still squeak but not as loud now. I was thinking about removing the bolt and giving it a little grease on it.

Sometimes shit gets between the washers and the rubber bushing. Grease doesn’t reach there. Are these EVO arms ?

That’s what they do, and will always do. There’s plenty you can do to temporarily stop the squeak, but it will always be back.
