LOUD WHEN GOING UPHILL

Hii Guys i just got my brand new JEEP WRANGLER SPORT S 2024 2 doors and i noticed today in the parking lot while going up it made a loud noise and was struggling to go up unlike my old car which was a hyundai hhhhh is it concerning ?

Going off of the very limited information you provided, my suggestion is to check that the parking brake is fully disengaged.
