What are you trying to accomplish? Installing something? Modifying something? Repairing body damage? This will help if you don’t want people to just guess.

I am looking to install a rack support (pin and sleeve design) which will come up through the cowl near the a-pillar. The current a-pillar mount I’m made works, but could be better. I’m hoping to bolt/weld on a more substantial piece other than sheet metal.

Yep ! I was thinking a whole angry front end....??? he just wanted to make sure it was REALLY secure.
