Anyone know where I'd find the "vehicle's current software version"?

On the climate control (drivers side) hold down the front defrost, temp up, and temp down buttons (all three) at the same time for 5-7 seconds. Your radio should enter into dealer mode. Software version is under one of the menus in dealer mode.

Just wanted to update everyone. I had PM'd JeepCares on Thursday of last week. Remember, Wednesday my husband unhooked the main battery and let it sit about an hour. I really didn't think that would do anything since the other battery was still connected. The GPS was still acting up after he hooked it back up. There was no change on Thursday either when I drove it. Friday JeepCares responded and asked for the vehicle's current software version. Me and my husband went out to see if we could find that and we were in the garage probably ten minutes going through the different screens. I know, I know, it's in the garage, so wouldn't get signal most likely anyway. "N" popped up on the compass, but we both knew that wasn't right since we were facing west. He backed out and it corrected itself to NW!!!! Tried the map and at first it had us facing the opposite direction, but when we continued to back up, it corrected itself. We were both shocked. I took it around the block and have driven it multiple times over the weekend and today all is well!!

Now, I don't know if unhooking the battery fixed it eventually or if JeepCares sent an update (if the Jeep would even get updates with no GPS?). So bizarre, but I'm glad it's working!
