Looking for a specific 3D printer model

Hello guys,

I've been searching all over the forum and had zero luck!

I was looking for a post I saw some time ago by someone who made a 3D model to print those rain gutter extensions that go over the windshield?

I can't find it anymore

I know they are sold on amazon but the model he made, I am sure has tighter clearances than the commercial chinese ones.

Does anyone know where I might find it?

Great idea, I'll look also as I'd rather try it then but it and be disappointed. Your'e going to use TPU I assume?

I also searched Thingiverse, etc. no luck. I'll look some more. I'm wondering if someone bought the rights to it and the links, etc. were purged. A guy offered me a deal like that for my Igloo cooler latch on Thingiverse but he didn't want to come up to the prices I asked so I left it for people to get free.

no idea what TPU is, I have a friend with a 3D printer and I was thinking maybe if I broght him the 3D model, he might have printed it

TPU is a type of filament that has characteristics similar to rubber. It's very cool stuff.

Cool, did you try printing it in TPU material? It's "rubbery" & works well for stuff like this. Beyond that one for the JL would be super cool

not yet but that's my next move though , I really wanted to design it for those that have been looking for one they can just print instead of having to constantly buy an I'm going to give the JL one a try an ill post it
