Does any one have any 3D models of the JL, parts, or accessories? I am looking to make my own bumpers, fenders, etc and would love a 3D model to help with the design process. Thanks in advance.

Jeep certainly won't be releasing theirs, and anyone who has the ability and took the time to scan a whole Jeep likely put a lot of money into it. I wouldn't imagine anyone would give it up easily, but I could be wrong. If your dead set on using a CAD model, I would look into metrology companies in your area, and see if anyone has a scanner large enough to do a whole Jeep. It won't be cheap

Yeah, gonna be hard to get an accurate one unless you do it yourself. But to add, you don't need a "large" 3d scanner to do the job. You can rent one if you're willing to pay. My company (Engineering and design firm) ownes one and periodically rents one when the other is tied up on another job. The one we rent is a Leica blk360 and goes for $1k for a weeks rental. It's not hard to use but does require some know-how. For your pupose, once you have your point cloud, you will need to turn it into a surface mesh. I spent all day today scanning an area in a local chemical plant and have a fair amount of experience in doing so.

Googled it and found a few places and models for sale. Don't know how good they are but I figured I would get one and then adjust it from my own measurements. Is a much better start anyway. Not too expensive.
