They're junk anyhow, including the US-made McGard wheel locks. I bought a set of four at Autozone a month ago and installed them per instructions by hand and torqued them to specs. When I removed them yesterday to mount new all-terrain tires on the rims, two of the four cracked longitudinally the entire length of the nut and the "tits" that the key engages snapped completely off. Furthermore, the underlying steel is badly rusted, and it was obviously corroded even before the chrome plating was applied. $30.00 wasted, but that's my own fault (1) for buying them in the first place and (2) not saving the original packaging and receipt.The primary reason locking lugs have become obsolete: Lug Removers which are available everywhere. With these, or other more intricate/capable varieties of these, the locking lugs don't even slow them down. It's unfortunate, but...
