Sure, thats what I have. I never found a lock that fits. I ended up saying heck with it, the hi-lift still requires a wrench to remove and even with a lock the brackets can be removed from the RR with a hex wrench. The lock is really only a visual deterrent.

The problem with a cable lock is it's big, ugly and it will just inspire someone to break the Rhino Rack to get it off. If someone really wants my hi-lift jack, just unbolt it. It's easier and cheaper to replace a hi-lift jack and shovel than to repair damage they would do trying to break it off with a cable lock on it.
Putting a padlock on it is just an unobtrusive way to make dumb people think it's securely locked up.
