As do I, and I too can recommend it for anyone's consideration.

I was going to suggest that the version with the 3-digit combination lock be avoided, due to that form factor being relatively easy to defeat. The current web listing only illustrates the key-lock version of the Tuffy console, though, so perhaps that settles the issue.

I actually use the combo lock. Have there been issues with it?

No issues, I'd wager. Just a very vulnerable design.

By way of example, my brother and I make a game of being the first one to determine the correct numbers of 3-digit combination locks, of the same design/function on your Tuffy safe. We simply start at zero with the first digit and proceed through 1-9 on the second and third digits, going back and forth until the lock opens. Whoever does so first is obviously the winner.

Sometimes the game takes a little while, and sometimes it doesn't. It just depends on the actual combination. We've not yet had any such locks defeat us.

The simple addition of a fourth digit would make the game exponentially more difficult, so I did wonder why Tuffy didn't do this when they offered a combination lock on their console safe. That this version is no longer available may be due to supply chain issues. Or, perhaps its withdrawal from the market is an unspoken acknowledgement of that particular lock being easy to defeat.

Don't forget the tuffy tailgate lockbox, only takes a couple inches of trunk space and folds down to a nice table.

Any rattling? This accessory is on my To Buy list.
Nothing that cant be easily fixed by bending the latches on the fold down to make tight. Also your contents inside can shift around..
