I have a Sport S that I've added the @Diode Dynamics switchbacks to. Using my Superchips Flashcal I changed the setting that all lights were LED, my fast blink issue has now been resolved with no resistors added. Just an FYI to those of you looking to switch to LED's but don't want to splice in resistors.

Now I will say this, Superchips is working on updates for the Flashcal. There is a YouTube video showing the new options, I had to email them to get access to the software.

Oh, I did this to my Rubicon using a Tazer and Diode Dynamics front and rear turn signal LED bulb replacements months ago. Only issues I have had is that my jeep thinks one of the DRL's is a headlight, so they're not working properly. I doubt they ever did but the halogen DRL's were so dim I never saw them.

I do not have Diode Dynamics. The shop I go to only sells Putco. These were high end LED bulbs with control boxes I assume had resisters in them. The lights will come on, but high beams will go off if the turn signals are put on. After than, if you put the brights on with no turn signals they will just arbitrarily turn off. Low beams work fine.

I suspect the canbus system on the JL is thinking it has halogens and is either getting a wrong feedback signal or is providing the wrong voltage. Either way, the high beams on my JL are not working properly. I purchased the Flashcal thinking I could change a setting to say I had LED headlights but it's not available, only tail lights, running lights, and fog lights.

If this is something Tazer can do that Flashcal cannot then I'm returning the Flashcal and getting a Tazer.

No, there is no setting on the tazer for led headlights, running lights, or fog lights because it shouldn't matter. Sounds like you have some sort of electronics gremlin in the system.

Does the Tazer JL adjust for LED front turn signal or switchbacks?

Awesome is there an option to turn on the running lights when the engine is on on a sport with manual lights?

I have been wanting to add the DD switchbacks and now that I know I can do it with my Tazer and not have to add resistors I need to order them, thanks for the great info

Does the tazer allow the sport to run the diode dynamic bulbs(markers) as drl without having to turn on parking light mode on headlamp knob?
