PVC pipe and duct tape will make you a slim enough shop vac tube.

I was just going to suggest a home fashioned reducer. I do it all the time.

Has anyone replaced the HVAC blower? I’m going to have to take it out to remove the leaf.

I'm assuming it’s fairly straightforward.

My AC started making a slight farting noise after replacing the cabin filter. I thought it was because I put the two piece filter in wrong but I reseated them and it was still doing it. I had read this thread the other day so got out a flashlight out to look for debris and found a leaf. Grabber thing FTW!

Assuming it doesn't sound like a playing card in bicycle spokes you're probably on the right track. I can't find a video for a JL (opportunity for you!) but here's one for a JK. You might be so lucky to find it the same... a few screws accessible from underneath.

2021 jeep wrangler here, I replaced the cabin filter and same thing happened to me. Shoutout to the person who recommended a “pickle picker”. I was about to lose my mind lol

Might need a crevice tool/attachment. Maybe even use the wife’s house vac. Those normally come with a crevice tool/attachment.
Or maybe one of those long skinny, bendy, grabby things for hard to reach places.
