HVAC blowing thru 1 mode only

Some similar threads but nothing I could find for this exact issue: 2018 JL and the HVAC only blows thru the feet mode (not dash, etc). All the buttons function properly but the air/heat only flows thru feet mode.

anyone else have this issue?

have a service appointment tmrw. Dealer thinks it’s an actuator problem.

I bet it is the “mode” actuator as I had a similar problem with the drivers side only blowing hot air. The Mode actuator is behind the glove box. Takes a few torx screws to replace.
