There is a pass through in the passenger footwell.

It has other cables going through it as well and was made for this purpose.

It’s what I used to install my Aux switches.

here a question. should i off set the hole for the wire to go thru it or drill in the center of it for the wire. at this moment i'm running just one set of lights, so one wire will pass thru the grommet.

You could offset it if that is what you would prefer... or just push it all through the center. If you make a small hole in the center and plan on running additional wire through it in the future, you would need to disconnect and pull the original wire back out so you can make the hole bigger. Not a big deal if easily disconnected but something to consider. You may also want to grab a rubber grommet from HD to run the wires through. That may add some additional protection to the wire but being plastic it is most likely not going to be an issue.
