Will torquing the LCA while still in the air without the weight of the vehicle on the ground cause lift? I just installed lift suspension and its supposed to lift 2-2.5" but ended up with 3.5" lift, the back is 2". Im thinking of loosening the bolts and re torque it. My jeep looks sag in the back. I didnt do the install a shop did.

The lift height won’t change, but if you know it was torqued while on the lift, take it back and make them do it correctly.

Well im not sure if it was torqued while on the lift. Im just trying to find whats causing the extra lift.

What brand lift ? Most companies base there advertised lift height on the Rubicon, so it’s not unusual that some other trims will see a little more lift…..

I got a little over 4 inch or so lift from my 2.5 inch up front, little over 3 inch at the rear. May be it will settle over time?

Maybe the difference of a std 392 vs. 392XR vs. 392XR with a winch, etc.? I imagine that would result in a ~1.5” delta on a non-392 swap.
