So I got the HS8 under the seat sub but it doesn’t come with everything included. Can someone please give me a full list of everything I need? All the videos i’ve seen are different and most don’t show needed parts.

  • KICKER HS8 Subwoofer: You already have this.
  • Amplifier: The HS8 is a passive subwoofer, so you'll need an amplifier to power it. Make sure the amplifier is compatible with the subwoofer's impedance (2 ohms) and can handle the power requirements.
  • Wiring Kit: This typically includes:
    • Power wire (14-16 gauge for short runs, 12 gauge for longer runs)
    • Ground wire
    • Remote turn-on wire
    • RCA cables for connecting to the amplifier
    • Speaker wire for connecting the subwoofer to the amplifier
  • Fuse Holder and Fuse: To protect your electrical system.
  • Mounting Hardware: Depending on your setup, you might need brackets, screws, or adhesive to secure the subwoofer under the seat.
  • Inline Crossover: If your amplifier doesn't have a built-in low-pass filter, you might need an external crossover.

Rediscovered ChatGPT I see. The HS8 is a powered sub…
