Hi, Can I program a key fob using JSCAN on my "21 JL?

I doubt it. If you have Jscan you could see if you can retrieve the pin number - the first step. But their documentation says most model years 2018+ are not supported by their app.

When I wanted a replacement fob, I had to order it from Mopar, provide the mileage(?), VIN, etc. and wait over a month. Seems excessively complex and not thought out or no consideration for customers. I understand that there is a RFI chip that needs the VIN programed into it. But why Jeep/Stellantis didn't facilitate the dealership and aftermarket industry with the ability/tools to do that, is beyond me and likely violates some law.

I programmed my own key with the xtool D8. then I went to the local hardware store where they ground the two keys that I programmed. Done!
