I don't think there's such a thing as "K" status. Paint is "F" and "KZ" is released from the factory. Regardless, there's no set schedule for shipping. If you are at "F", you are around 24hrs from completing the build. After that you go to inspection, and if any defects are found, you go to "I" for repairs which can take days to weeks. If you've ordered the headliner or other trim parts, you go to "JB" and are shipped to an offsite contractor for installation. Again, that can take days to weeks. If you're unaffected by that, you go to "KZ", which means you get handed off to the shipping contractor. Most shipping is done by rail and you may have to wait for enough vehicles going to a common destination point to fill the required rail cars.
Bottom line, I've been following builds on this forum for months now and time from build to delivery has ranged from ten days to two months. Three weeks seems nominal.
