JScan not loading on iPhone

My JScan app says it needs to be updated, and won’t load on my iPhone. It won’t update, I get a try again later. Anyone else experiencing this?

Seems to load on my 3 year old android,That doesnt update anymore.

I have an iPhone 13, and it still opens just fine. When was the last time you updated iOS / what version are you on? Do you have enough free space on your phone?

I have the 17promax and the latest update and its working well on mine. What iPhone are you using?
You can delete and load again. It keeps the license intact.

Thanks for the replies. It finally loaded this morning. iPhone SE IOS is up to date at 26.2. Not sure what the issue was.
