Thoughts on the MC GC lift? Thinking of going with the 3.5. what's your height from ground to roof?

Thanks

I just measured the jeep. From the ground to the rock slide step is 16 inches, 27 inches to the bottom of the door. 36 inches to the floor at the back and 78 inches to the top of the roof. Hope this helps.

Perfect. You have a bit more weight than me with armor so I might be cutting it close to my 7' garage. I am completely stock ATM.

I have tested the armor too many times to make me worry about the weight. Yes the steel armor is heavy but considering it is low on the jeep could possibly help keep your center of gravity also a tad lower.
I forgot about the fox steering stabilizer, made a big difference in driving, feels really good.

Nice build! I'm on a similar path with the MC 3.5" GC, skids and steering so far.

What led you to their bumpers? Their use of the stock fogs is nice.

Nice. I like those fenders and liners. So far, I like my 3.5gc on my JLURD, but I do find the shocks a bit harsh. My AEV lift on my JK handled rougher terrain at speed better. I can see a shock upgrade in my future.

I've been looking at aluminum sliders if even put on sliders, but you make a good point about the weight being lower and I do like the GOLD!

Ruby Mike, did you install the finders yourself? If so, how'd it go? Do you like the fitment?

I had a local garage do the work. Apparently they had no issues installing both front and rear bumpers. I am very happy with the fit. The rear bumpers is tapered so any hits are deflected away from the body. I highly recommend these bumpers.
