love it. where did you get those stairs?
I bought them from Pet Loader. They are USA-made and made very well.
Much nicer than anything from Amazon. It is one of those "you get what you pay for" and "buy once, cry once" scenarios.

If you decide to get one, do not go larger than the 14.5" wide platform. There are brackets that add another two inches to the actual width that must fit inside the Jeep. At a real 16.5" wide, there are about 2 inches of space on each side of the stairs and the Jeep.

It was a long week without my Jeep, but I finally got it back! I began the re-gear break-in yesterday, and I am about halfway done. The boys at Exodus 4x4 did a great job with the Jeep. I am thrilled with it so far. However, on Monday, I will call Hutchinson because the caps that belong on the wheels are missing.

Mods Installed:
1) Clayton Offroad Jeep Wrangler Diesel 3.5" Premium Lift Kit
2) FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP 3.5-4" Front and Rear Shocks
3) Re-gear from 3.73 to 4.56
4) Reid Racing Heavy Duty Driver and Passenger Replacement Knuckles
5) Synergy Heavy Duty Ball Joints
6) EVO Mfg D44 M210 Advantec Axel Truss Kit
7) Teraflex Delta Big Brake Kit
8) Nitto Ridge Grappler 37x12.5R17 mounted on Black Hutchinson Rock Monster Beadlocks
9) GenRight Swing Out Aluminum Rear Tire Carrier with Camera Mount, Licence Plate Mount, and 3rd Brake Light

To be installed: Adams Front and Rear Solid CV Driveshafts when I return for the re-gear inspection.

Looks awesome Darryl - I just dropped my jeep off at Exodus 4x4 a couple of days ago!

With all the upgrades to the axles - ball joints, knuckles, trusses, and brakes - is that the better way to go vs new axles?

Thank you! I didn't upgrade the axles because the new Rubicon axles are pretty good, to begin with. I had the axles trussed because everything was already torn apart, so why not. It is a bit of insurance, is all it is. My primary mission is not to rock crawl; it is overlanding. With this setup, I could, though, if I wanted to.

The Jeep ball joints and aluminum knuckles suck, so those needed to be changed. I didn't need new brakes but wanted more significant ones because I plan on doing Black Bear Pass and other shelf roads. Also, I am a heavy Jeep, so the bigger the breaks, the better. I could have gotten away with the Rubicon brakes, but I wanted the upgrade as an insurance policy.

If I had started with a Sport, I would have upgraded the axles. I would ask Ryan or Bubba, though, because they will not steer you wrong and will not try to upsell you to make a buck if you do not need something (Unless you really want it.)
