You need to add a jumper in order to bypass the aux battery, but I’d start there.

I changed out the main battery to a battery I know that is working from a JLUR. Didnt work. If I pull out my AUX battery and leave the main battery, will my car still start?
disconnect the negative lead from the aux battery at the main battery and pull fuse 42. Then try the good main battery. If it doesn’t start then, something else is also wrong. I say that because you may have had the other issue due to the accident, but since it sat for so long, the batteries may also be no good.

There could be a fuel pump inertia switch that is preventing it from starting that got triggered when your vehicle was hit. Also you need to get a battery tester that will test the load on your batteries. You cannot just look at the voltage and say it's good. They're inexpensive on amazon.
I wonder where the fuel pump intertia switch would be, but I think you are headed onto the right track. Due the accident maybe there is a safety mechanism that is preventing the car to start?

I just did a load test on both the main battery and the AUX battery. They said the batteries are in good health.
