And in the world of machine tools.... Taiwanese gets some respect -- quite a bit actually. Chinese gets a lot of skepticism, although I do own a Chinese 9x49" mill and it's "not bad"

The Jeep toolkit is not bad in quality, they are just not designed for any usage outside of windshields, hardtops and doors.

This does not fix your ratchet problem but these work great for the door hinge bolt replacement. Also helps to keep from scratching hinges if you miss the stab the first time.

Made in China, no doubt!Took the doors off for a drive today... As I was in the middle of putting the doors back on (no garage) the wrench driver broke apart!
Does anyone know how much for a new set?

Milwaukee has a small impact driver kit that’s great for your door bolts. You can see in the picture the attachment that’s currently on the drill now has the rotating shaft at the very edge of the tool. You don’t have to hold the tool on an angle to avoid your paint. Plus when you reinstall the bolts you can adjust the clutch in the tool so it just slips when tight and the tool doesn’t bend your wrist into the door.
