All of the items from the list were in a large back in the back. There’s also a funky rubber mat in there. Not sure what it’s for. Here’s a picture of the 4 straps I got (all in one small bag).

The rubber mat is a liner that goes in the storage bin under the carpet in the back.

Does anyone have any questions, not understanding something, with your new purchase?
When you pull the top back (halfway). How do you keep the top from flying around at high speeds? I’m currently using Velcro straps but it doesn’t feel safe so I’ve only gone a couple of miles like that, then I put the top either all the way down or close it back up. Sorry. It’s only been 30+ years since I’ve had a Jeep.

what is this one 8. Rubicon only: Fuel Filler door?
I got everything on this check list plus two random elastic straps with a button on them? What’s that for? The dealer didn’t know what it was for? It was next to my wrench set in the red bag with the tow stuff.

Yep, that's it. It may be un-nerving, but that's about it. Nothing can really "happen" to it.

Signed up just now so that I could add; dealer I purchased from had hand-written stickers on each JL saying locking lugs are a $75 charge. I said I wanted them, but when I did pick inspection only the spare had the lock. Service rep said they weren't fitting as they were supposed to and were no longer offering them from that location ??? Odd, but I was pleased to see they're $25 cheaper online.

Also, separate from the "manual" (really just a hefty safety warning book) was a quick start guide. Maybe 10 pages or so but highlighted the new features in easy steps.

I didn't receive any info on this Jeep Wave program, nor did the dealership mention this. I'm registered through the Mopar site but most all of their links do not load anything, so huge thanks to the person who posted the PDF to the official manual!

Edit: Spotted in the manual that those equipped with aux switches in the towing group, you'll also have a little baggie of shrink tubing and splices. I remember the sales rep almost throwing the little baggie away thinking their guys in back left it in the truck by accident.

I almost took delivery of a red JLU Saturday and the Finance person had the owners manual ready to give me. I walked away when they told me at the last second my price was going up $1302 because when they printed all the contract documents they has Employee Pricing as opposed to Family and Friends pricing. I didn't care for the way they handled the whole thing and walked away.

Looks like my guy threw that away on my Jeep. I don’t see the tubing or splices.

Sahara - two freedom tops and the two that remove on each side of the hardtop
That doesn’t make sense. The 3 piece freedom hardtop is just that 3 pieces. 2 front and the back is one whole piece.
