Same, picked up my jeep in Oct '21 and still waiting for the all weather mats. Annoying that the winter came and went.

I’ll keep this one short but I wanted to share. I ordered a 392 about 8 months ago. After waiting 4 months Jeep said it would now be a 2022 model and I’d get it in January. I didn’t trust them so I just bought one off a lot and paid the premium. Well today I get this from jeep!

I think i would pass. Nice of jeep to send to you, but their door tool kit looks better than this china kmart hat.
Sad when the aftermarket hats looks better than jeeps own hats.
Maybe let your doggy chew on it, add some oil drops (or dried mud)...perhaps some duct tape and atleast give it some personality.

I don't know guys. So try and order a Corvette, or a bronco, or almost any ford and a lot of other cars and trucks for that matter. I get it 8 months sucks, no good communication about the order being cancelled sucks. But right now in the world we live in if you research it you will see that jeep seems to one of the few that has been able to keep up pretty dam good with their demand.

Sometimes Americans just seem spoiled rotten to the core. So the letter isn't written with gold flake, so no one signed it, good lord cry, cry, cry.

I think it's pretty cool they took the time to at least send a letter and the hat. They don't have to do Nothing. If you hate jeep so much go buy something else, see how that goes.

Well this is how it went for me...
Lets see... bought a jag.... got a sweat shirt and hat in a bow when i picked it up.
Mercedes... teddybear for kid, hat for me and bow on hood when i picked it up.
Mini cooper...(hush its a go kart on steroids and the funnest thing i have ever driven) got a tshirt and hat when i picked it up.
Raptor...got nothing
11 jeeps... got a hat once... i kinda just walked out with it.
I want a free gift when i purchase a car. Its fun!
Call me spoiled. Even banks gave you a toaster.... at one time.
And need i mention the football phone for a $15 sports illustrated subscription?

All that dealership advertising comes off my vehicle at the lot upon pick up, either by them or by me. If they're willing to pay me for advertising rights it can stay. Otherwise it comes off at the dealer.

It's funny that none of them so far has offered anything in the way of a payment. Most don't even offer any help whatsoever to remove it.
