Get a lemon law attorney, now. They are free to the consumer typically (make sure you READ the attorney's contract and make sure they only get paid by the manufacturer if you win, otherwise they dont get paid at all). I had to file against Jeep on my JK that was out of service 30+ days. Got my money back, except some mileage deduction. Jeep folded immediately when my attorney filed against them.

What exactly is wrong with it?

You can always try @JeepCares but, I hear they are more there to listen to you vent rather than actually helping. Hey, @JeepCares remember when you asked us what Jeep could improve on then ghosted us all?
That wasn't even that long ago too...

Hang in there.

Took 14 months between hiring a lemon lawyer and getting my money back. In my case there was quite a bit of negotiating (I originally just wanted a trade to gas equivalent) but my lawyers handled that for me.

Pretty happy about the result. Miss the Jeep. Don't miss the 4xe.

It’s obvious Stellantis is a clueless, bottom feeder organization. From countless threads like this their process seems to be to stonewall you and force you into the legal process. Fortunately once you are in the legal realm they have to respond. I have the sense 4xE tech is overly complex and not ready for the marketplace.

My BRAND NEW 4xe wrangler has been in the shop 3 times for the same reason and is still currently there, it’s been about 50 business days and I’m stuck driving around a crap rental car because Jeep will not make a decision to repurchase my vehicle! I feel extremely helpless and you’d think a brand with such deep military roots would help out service members a little bit better. The crazy part is, if they would just buy back my vehicle, I would still buy a gladiator. I feel extremely let down and helpless. Started the lemon law process but they returned my letter to sender. Good thing I have free legal consultation. Only taking to social media/forums because I don’t know how else to grab someone’s attention. My case manager can’t/wont do anything for me. Jeep is going to keep me in limbo. Never felt more undervalued as a customer.
I know how you feel about it. Mine was in service dept for 6 of the 8 weeks we had it. My dealer traded me out of mine Got in a 23 3.6. Very happy with it

Yes, you had issues with the gas engine’s EVAP system, nothing to do with the 4xe….yet you take any opportunity to bash them.

You do know your ‘23 has the exact same system, right?

Return to Sender? Something is wrong - you may have an incorrect address. If you haven't already, read your manual or look through FCA/Stellantis documentation online how/where to initiate the lemon law buyback process. It's possible they may have changed their process since materials you have were printed, they could be outsourcing their lemon claims to a third party.

just sue them under your state’s lemon law. Lawyers that do this type of work don’t charge upfront. What state are you in? If in California, DM me.

Based on this forum, a simple oil change is overly complex for Jeep dealerships, the few times since 2007 I've gone to a Jeep dealership for an oil changes, they forget to reset the oil life, once or twice yea ok, but every time, different Jeep dealerships. Strange that Costco or Acura would reset it the few times I did an oil change there.

BTW almost every manufacturer is making vehicles with "4xe" tech

JL Wrangler lemon issues existed pre 4xe, and non 4xe owners continue to file lemon claims.

Pretty sure it depends on the state (the Lemmon law that is). Should have been a part of your owners manual “kit”. As for the military reference; all I can say is “meh”. Folks are split on veteran entitlement; as for me, I would rather be judged on my content of character alone and like the fact that my service was not even considered.

Again, sick bro. It’s a strategy, Jeep looks like crap for not helping out military members. I couldn’t care less about “judgment of character” I’m not looking to gain sympathy from you or anyone else on this post. It’s jeep/stellantis that I’m trying to gain attention from. I posted this to receive some guidance from people, not hear about how self righteous you are. It’s funny how you and anyone else making service comments still have to mention that you served so everybody knows ?

I am in Hawaii. Currently working the arbitration process but I think I am being ignored by Stellantis now that I’ve started that process.

I would find an attorney instead that would pickup the case. I don’t think arbitration is required in Hawaii, but I could be wrong based on what I just read. I’ve always looked at arbitration as a benefit to big business, not really the consumer.

just keep calling your rep and emailing. That’s all I did. It’s a slow process just understand that. If you get lemon lawyers involved it’ll help but it’s not going to expedite the process.

You're not required to arbitrate. They suggest that you are.. but you are not. The arbitrator is not neutral considering how much business they get from Stellantis. Its the same for all manufacturers.
