Hi folks, I have a 2023 Rubicon 4xe on order and am researching wheels and tires. I will install the mopar 2" lift made for 4xe(s), and am thinking of doing 37 12.5 R20(or R18) tires. But I am not sure if I should be doing offset wheels or not. Would I need to offset the wheels or not with that tire size? If so, how much?

Thank you

I have a high altitude with stock wheels and 37x12.5x20 with 2” Mopar lift.
No rub and drives great.
I like the look of the tires inside the fenders.

A lot depends on how high your lift is and how much flex you have. I know Metal Cloak recommends a certain back spacing (can remember now) or 1.75" spacers for their 2.5" lift. 1.75" equals a 0 offset. Also is it going to be seriously off-roaded or more of a going out occasionally. I have 12.5" tires and the spacers. It does stick out further than I would like. Thinking of going with +12 or 18 wheels. I think I would be fine. I do sometimes get out with the sway bar disconnected and would not want to go any closer than that.

Most suspension lift companies have said 4.5” back spacing is a safe bet. I personally run that with my 37x12.5x17 setup on Metalcloak’s 2.5” lift and have not had any issues.
