contact a soldier that is stationed in Germany and pay him to bring one home with him when he is sent back to the states. They can bring one vehicle back with them for on the Army's dime. Might be the easiest way to get one.I really like the G, but I hate the ones we get in the states… If I could get a manual diesel minus all the luxury crap. I would have bought one, I do think about importing an older one from time to time.

The dealer will replace the rear axle if you keep it stock. I re-geared my axle so they would not work on it. If you do re-gear the axle, the same company that makes the Tazer, Z Automotive makes and sells the bypass module.Wait a tick…
you guys are telling us that some super cheap sensor will fail. And that it’s a super easy replacement job to fix it. But Jeep says to have the ENTIRE axle replaced!?!
What is this bypass wiring harness you speak of @wibornz and where do I get it?
@Herson is correct. The first "Unlimited" was an extended wheel-base 2-door model in 2004.Unlimited originally was used on a longer wheelbase 2 door wrangler and it doesn’t mean 4 door.
I’m not sure if that would work, because the configuration I want has never been sold here and never will or if that would help navigate around the 25 year rule I was looking to bring one in on… Plus older is probably cheaper, new one probably still cost more then I want to spend.contact a soldier that is stationed in Germany and pay him to bring one home with him when he is sent back to the states. Why wasn’t it warrantied? Seems kinda crappy on Jeep’s part considering his was a 2019 and he filmed that in 2020. Stupid they don’t provide that part, another level they don’t stand behind their produc. Here is a video I made on replacing the sensor that fails.
