owner of a 2024 Jeep Compass purchased from your dealership. I am officially submitting this complaint due to ongoing electronic malfunctions with my vehicle that have not been resolved despite multiple service visits.
The vehicle has remained in service for extended periods without any replacement vehicle provided, causing disruption to my work and family life. Furthermore, the attitude of the service staff, including the service manager, has been dismissive and unhelpful, which has increased my frustration as a paying customer.
I would like to clearly state that the only staff member who has shown a respectful and customer-focused
