UPDATE....

Well pick up my JL last night from the dealership, it seems that the off-road pages were electronically locked from the factory. Not sure why that is. They did a factory reset, install the fix unlocked the pages and everything seems to work just fine. It's been over 24 hours now. Pages still work so that's good news.

In another note, when I went to the dealership, the service rep asked me if the vehicle had, had an oil change yet mind you. This vehicle only has 5700 km on it. She said to me, you know, the oil that they put in at the factory. We don't know what that is. We don't know how long it's been sitting there. So I recommend you have an oil change now. I have never heard anything like that in my life. Why would Jeep manufacture a vehicle with some type of subgrade oil? And then sell the vehicle. It makes no sense, Can someone else comment on this?

Just an update . Uconnect support was able to push through a software fix and everything now works as it should. I have to say customer support was fantastic and called me on a regular basis to update me. Very impressed
I had the same situation back in September with my JT. Same solution. They called me every other day until it was fixed. They did try the "can we call or email you once a week" thing with me, and a day later everything was working. Prior to that, I had tried factory resets and other things and nothing fixed it.

As @Ear Responsible said, they are trying to sell you an oil change. However, it might not be a bad idea to do the first oil change soon.

We did the oil change, but don't tell me you don't know what kind of oil Jeep puts in their vehicles when they manufacture it. Maybe it's a low-grade oil. Sounds like typical scam to get money out of customers.

Instead, say Hey you know what? It's 5000 plus kilometers. You should really get an oil change since it's a new vehicle.

Pretty sure Stellantis uses a Mopar branded Pennzoil Platinum in all their non-performance vehicles. I do know that since we started building the ICE Charger, they've moved in a second oil fill line with something else for the performance vehicles probably still a Pennzoil variation. Either way, I think Pennzoil is their sole source for oil as there's even a couple signs in the oil fill stations stating this.

Folks have been bitching about ORP since the JL launched. There was even a thread about doing a class action lawsuit because of it. I think most folks who still have issues have just given up since Jeep failed miserably at getting it launched, making it work right, and getting it to appear on vehicles correctly. It doesn't really add anything to the offroad experience anyway, especially when you can get the pitch and roll indicators in the EVIC.

I don't know why any kind of "Pages" on FCA UConnect products sometimes load and sometimes don't, though. My '18 Challenger would sometimes fail to load Performance Pages, too, and I don't know what conditions are necessary for it to work. I just chock it up to the software being horribly written.
Too bad a key feature has problems.
