I was hoping to go wheeling this weekend and use my TrailsOffroad App on my Android Phone. The app no longer works and the app no longer appears in the Google Play store.

From this page: https://www.trailsoffroad.com/apps
The link to the app fails at: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.trailsoffroad.app

Querying on the play store seems to fail as well. I hope I'm wrong or this is just one of those things where Google removed the App temporarily. I have to believe that is the case with the recent work with 2024 Jeeps.

Hi @trailsoffroad am I missing something here?

It works fine on my Pixel, but you're right: it isn't on the app store anymore. It sounds similar to what happened to the Badge of Honor app a year or so ago.

Thanks for confirming I'm not crazy (at least in this case). I'm guessing it is what can sometimes happen with any company when they don't meet some requirements with Google or Apple and they take your app down from the store temporarily. What I don't understand though is why my currently installed app won't even run. I guess Google could disable that too but I thought it would continue to work.

It doesn't even start? Try clearing cache first. If that doesn't help then clear storage.

It is indeed a problem with Google app store, developer of the app has posted a link at the website for direct apk download for Android - https://www.trailsoffroad.com/android.

You will have to uninstall the existing app and then reinstall using apk file. It is working for me.
I removed and reinstalled the app per the above link. It worked great. Thank you @Ratbert and @GreenWheeler for the help!!
