The dealer checked my connections and the camera still didn't work. They have replaced the camera and so far so good.
How many times did you take it in before they replaced the camera

Jeep careā€™s took care of my issue on the first visit with my dealer. Harness and camera replaced and issue has been resolved! Thankyou Cecelia

Just experienced the back up camera failure and blue screen today. Tried several fixes (thanks to all the great recommendations on this forum) and so far nothing. Will bring into the Jeep dealership tomorrow morning

* update *
Disconnected the batteries and left them over night. This morning, reconnected them and everything was back to normal.

I just bought my Jeep 4 days ago and the backup camera went blue today. I checked some blogs, drove around a little, cut the engine, turned it back on, and still blue. What would Be recommended, not even a week off the lot yet?

the camera came on this morning, my concern is if this becomes a consistent problem, is there any advice on fixing it Myself or if this is something the dealership should handle, especially so soon after purchase?
