No, you are missing (or they are really loose) bolts on the back sides.

No, look inside to see if you can find the loose screw/nut and fix it yourself. The dealer will have you make an appointment and drop it off at that time. You might be without it for days for a 5 minute fix.

No. Not normal. Did u buy used? Those rear cup holders are aftermarket through quadratec yea?
