Is this a ground?

Just curious if this post is a ground. It is located by the foot of the backseat. I did hook up my ground wire to my amplifier for it but I haven’t hooked up the rest. Just wanted to make sure.

Looks like it
If you have a multimeter you can test for a short between that and the frame
