Is my JL missing something

I installed a rear seat recline kit and noticed the carpet under the seat looks like it's missing something that should clip. Take a look at the picture. I have a 2020 rubicon.

here is a screenshot from a video and you can see how he has another piece of carpet that snaps on top of the main carpet. I also found another video that had the same piece but mine doesn't have that. The snap piece is there but there is nothing that snaps onto it

i don't have this piece here. Does everybody else have it?

if you drive with the doors off that piece of carpet may flap in the wind and make noise, if not, I wouldn't worry.

I just checked and mine has it, and I don't have a Rubicon. You might be missing a couple pieces
