Hello all:
I just purchased a 2023 Wrangler with the 7-in display technology group. I was able to pair my iPhone 12 Pro Max but the phonebook did not sync to the car. I called Jeep support and went through all of the typical items to check with no result. The rep then asked me to plug the phone in with the usb cable and the contacts started to populate. I disconnected the cable and they still were on the car's phonebook. Ten minutes later I checked again and no contacts. Does anyone have any idea on what is going on? I never had this issue with my 2020 wrangler that had no technology other than the 3.5-inch display.
