uConnect will not recognize contact from iPhone 11

[Memi’s Jeep]

• 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport
  
• iPhone 11 (also same issue with previous iPhone 6)
• Verified that uConnect software in Jeep is current
• Successfully paired iPhone with uConnect
• When I press the Phone button (either on wheel or on radio front), it identifies my phone correctly.

Now the unresolved issue. When I say “call so-and-so, mobile”, it responds by either saying “ calling 56745 (for example) that has nothing to do with the correct number, or it replies “call John Smith, mobile, correct?”

So, either a 5 or 6 digit random number or the wrong contact.

I took it to our local Jeep dealership, paid the $65 fee for them to check it out. They did not solve the issue.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I don't think you'll get many responses here. This is a forum for the 2018 and up Jeep Wrangler (JL/JLU). Your 2015 has a completely different radio and Uconnect system.
