Uconnect on iPhone work?

has anyone had any luck with the locks or remote start from your iPhone or other mobile device? I get feedback on mileage and health of my JL on the device but anytime I try to lock or unlock the car from the app it just times out and I get an error that it was unable to complete.

The app seems pretty useless.

I don't have it for the wrangler, but my wife's Durango has it... and while it WORKS.... it is otherwise useless. faster for me to go inside and get the damn keyfob, than to try to use the app to do anything.

The app seems to be working properly on my iPhone. Honestly, I don't use it on there as much as I do the Apple Watch app but I just tested it out and it locked and unlocked my JL fine.

Works on my iphone. I'm running IOS 12 as well and I've had no issues

I'm using an Android and I can only get the app to work if I'm inside the Jeep. Completely useless

I have the uConnect app on my iPhone running ios 12 and the doors lock and unlock but the vehicle info like milage and tire pressure and oil has not updated in months. anyone else had this issue?

Just tried mine. It works. I had this functionality on my Explorer and BMW, never used it.
