Installing metalcloak front bumper and....

Well now what?
If I reinstall the factory bolt on the upper inside of the bumper and frame, I can't get the bracket in between the frame and the bumper (left side. Right side there's plenty of clearance). If I install the bracket in between the frame and bumper. I can't get the bolt back in to the frame on the inside.

Use a file to open the hole in the bottom picture a bit so you can get the bolt in?

I had a shitty step bit to drill the frame holes to 9/16 per the instructions and barely was able to drill the 4 holes (it's a shitty bit from harbor freight).

But was able to use the step bit to widen the hole just enough and bully the bolt in.

I think the issue is with the frame and the front plates (where you mount the front 4 bolts on either side of the MC bumper) where tolerance is off 1/4" inch or so. The plate on the left side sticks out a bit further than the right side.

Another fun tidbit. The recovery rings on the bumper appear 7/8ths, but are slightly tapered on the inside compared to the outside and the dring shackles I have don't fit. Guess I'll try another set and hope they fit.
