How long to replace HV battery?

Just for comparison, We had ours replaced at the end of August, and were somewhere around slightly over the 2 week mark for diagnosis , order and driving it back home with the new battery.
I also believe that the rate of failure is creating a supply issue and longer wait times.

I now have word my battery was "released by the manufacturer". I'm not sure how long it will take to get it into the vehicle, but I'm guessing a couple of weeks. We'll see ...

Mine was shipped Tuesday and jeep cares told me the note said 1 - 2 business days

With the unlimited battery warrenty, its a great deal for all the lease dumping. You will have a bargain if you could do with the 4xe issues. I am seeing 2025 fully loaded 4xe with low miles for 30k. Sounds like a deal for a 60k car.

Mine passed 68C on 12/16/25. Battery later failed on 1/25/26. Got it to the dealership the same day. Picked it up today 2/25/26 with a new battery.

Wow, that was relatively quick. I'm at 7 weeks and still waiting, but I heard last week that my battery is supposedly "in the shipping process."

Just got my jeep back. Total battery order and delivery time was 1 week. I had an open case with jeep cares and they might have escalated for me. Good luck

I glad to hear you got your battery quickly!

My case manager said he would expedite mine if it wasn't delivered by the end of January, but then said he couldn't expedite it because there were no batteries available. I suspect a lot more batteries are failing in the colder parts of the country because cold stresses batteries and reduces their performance.

It's actually heat that kills the cells, you just don't notice it until winter then they require higher performance.

Today I was told my battery reached my dealership and it should be ready some time this week.

Well it went in to the shop on 1/6 and I finally got the Jeep back on 3/5. The case manager told me he had expedited getting the battery. I hate to think how long it would have taken if it wasn't "expedited"! In any case I am happy to have it back. My plan is to trade it in as soon as I get back from a business trip, take off the winch, and replace a broken light.

Got back my 4xe today, seems fine, drove around for a few hours all electric, didn't really notice anything different, I'm mostly low speed city core.

Max Regen seems the same, some people said it was less aggressive, not sure, I didn't use Max Regen that much before, just mostly in rain or snow.

I have no complaints, and with gas prices skyrocketing, I'm more than happy, I've been buying gas for 5 months, that's over $1,000 in gas.
