I have a 392 that runs in 4WD all the time, so I choose to set caster at 5.2 degrees to lessen driveline angle. I have no wandering or vagueness at all due to PSC Ram Assist steering. Steering feels rock solid. It is the best driving Jeep I've ever owned. I think a lot of people are running more caster than they need.

But the reason I replied to this thread is because I had a 4.5" Metalcloak lift and 5.2 degrees of caster on my 392, and then 1 year later I added Metalcloak Proalinement drop down brackets. I did not change control arm length and took it back to the same alignment shop to recheck alignment. They didn't have to change toe at all, and caster was exactly the same at 5.2 degrees. No alignment changes were needed due to the Proalignment brackets.

Strange as MC advises to adjust. Think about it. If you lower the back of the control arms without shortening them, the front will get pushed out. That's how straight lines work. I guess I'll just have the shop set them to whatever 5 degrees requires
