Thats odd the ones that measured were 38.4Looks fine to me. It’s a K02 anyways and they’re like what, 50 bucks to replace, unless you have their 37” tires that are labeled as 39s
Put them on the Jeep and take a picture. K02s are known for being one of the smallest tires out there. Everyone knows that.
That's nothing. I would keep it in the rotation, but if you're super worried, just rotate it to the spare spot and never rotate it back into the mix.Accidentally hit a sheet metal bar. There is some shallow puncture in the sidewall tread. It’s a KO2.

I don't have to put them on a jeep to measure them. I have measured a lot of BFG over the years and they all measure about 1\2 inch less than the size on the sidewall. Like any tire they are going to squash some when thay have a vehicle
My 37x12.5R17 KO2s measure 35.5 on my JL and on my JK. It is what it is no matter how much we wish we had another 1.5 inches.
Yeah he 37s run small....I put a picture of my Jeep with 35" Mud tires against them on a Bronco raptor and I swear the 35s looked bigger...
