It's some stuff I had leftover from a project at work years ago, I had several of them that were about 1/8" thick and around 3'x4', I just cut a piece to fit. I don't have any sort of brand or part # and it was ordered from Tessco but I did a quick search there and didn't see a listing for it anymore.
