I must say this....

There are a ton of amazingly talented people on this board. Some of them know how to build stuff but the final look of it is, well, to my eye, sh*t. Knowing how (which I don’t) is not the same as ‘doing well” (which I also can’t).

This trailer is amazing. It is absolutely amazing. I bow. Really. Congrats. Very talented.
Thanks a lot! This is my first build and I had a great time doing it! Nothing like working on it for 6 hours straight after working a 10 hour shit at work lol I think the hardest part was trying to find the parts I had in mind

How much did it cost you if you do not mind. It looks great if you could wrap one in hellayella I might buy one from you.

I’m not really sure to be honest. I kinda lost track after I was in the “I don’t care I need it” mode. But I’m guessing it was around $6000-7000 range

NICE! Way better craftsmanship than what I ended up with. Mine is slightly different since my dirtbike sleeps there instead of me. lol

I took it out on a NASTY road up a mountain and back down again. Lots of flex on the metal frame that also translated into the wood frame. My build is not a box in the rear since I need a huge opening to get the dirt bike in (less stout). Overall it performed great (yours would have done better) but I need to beef up the rear somehow as a precaution.

Mine:
4x8, modified utility trailer, boxed one end, open in the rear with barn doors.
Weight empty is under 1k
Loaded it will be no more than 2200 lbs.
Inside height 5'6"
21.5 gallons of rotopax mounted on the outside of the box.
3.5 ton straight axles with brakes on leaf springs. Rides pretty good, tows amazing.

Good luck with yours. Hope to see you on some amazing trails. I retire in two weeks and have 3 years to tour the country(s) before my wife retires and I change things up a bit.
